Dear Friends I am very happy because I finally managed to prepare my maritozzi!! BARI here to make them so soft and fluffy that I can not ever resist such goodness! I tried this recipe everywhere to no avail. As you know our dear Lalu Ricotta and Honey, this week has prepared such wonderful braids of sweet soft cake and roses. And then I said ...... but it will be the right one for my maritozzi?? I started to work. I can assure you that this recipe is excellent, only that my maritozzi have 3 hours to rise. With this mix I made of small snails also very happy to stuff with a little 'nutella ......... non'è was a small crumb, but not until the next day I had to do it again!! !

slipper lobster with white wine
This is the time to begin to come to the market the slipper lobster, I have found them today and I immediately thought to prepare them for all of you. Usually I make a nice sauce for spaghetti ... but today I make a recipe very easy and above all fast. A tip, always buy them alive, they are the best! I dedicate this recipe to my two dear witches MARY AND LETY who appreciate my kitchen! A Kiss.
Ingredients:
slipper lobster (fresh, live)
parsley garlic olive
white wine to taste Lemon
Preparation: Wash
Our cicadas, and let them drain.
Make a cut on his stomach, starting from the bottom. In a pan, pour a little 'oil and a clove of garlic. Sauté for 1 minute, pour our slipper lobster and cook for another minute. it, add a glass of white wine, cover with lid and cook for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow to cool everything. Once cool
Drain and transfer to a plate. In another pan fry again
a clove of garlic with a little 'oil, pour our sea cicadas and turn occasionally to brown them a bit', add the parsley and cook for about 5 minutes. Serve hot and add a little pleasure 'lemon juice.

here in Bari, the days are cooler, so much that you do not go to more mare.Diciamo that we prepare for the fall, which will join us in a few days ..... while I turn the oven more often and so I thought I'd do these beautiful foccacine for you .... FAVORITE?
Ingredients: 250 gr flour 00
250 Durum wheat semolina
350 cc water 50 cc
extra virgin olive oil 25 gr yeast
grated cheese 1 c sugar 1 c salt
oregano
tomatoes zucchini
Preparation:
I mixed all the ingredients for the dough mass, and I allowed to rest 1 hour. Meanwhile, I sliced \u200b\u200bzucchini and sliced \u200b\u200btomatoes. Then I stretched out Foccacia, I've done both round and long and over I seasoned with salt, oregano, slices of zucchini, tomatoes, a bit 'of grated cheese and a drizzle of olive oil. Cook in preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
foccaccine enjoy them straight out of the oven, are excellent!! ENJOY!

Dear Friends: I'm back, although I never really match. This year we have done little, because you had to work, but we were in August from our friends Castel Frentano and together we spent a weekend with watercraft, it was a wonderful experience ........!!! Then last week came to us in Bari Mariana, Faith and Martina small and so we have brought to our corner of paradise (a Polignano), then we have arranged, to make a beautifull and grilled sea. Here I leave you some photos, but the last are really very attractive !!!!! Welcome back and a kiss to all!
