RICE AND ZUCCHINI FRITTERS

have gone a bit 'of days without being able to publish a recipe recently .... I have little time between school, home, work and many problems and now I finally have a seat bit 'in my corner to give you a recipe very easy to do even the last time ...... Besos to you soon!

Ingredients: Zucchini

Rice (boiled) egg

grated cheese salt

garlic and parsley (to taste)
flour 1 / 2 tablespoon oil for frying

Preparation: Beat eggs with
cheese and other ingredients . Cut the zucchini into small cubes and add to 'mix with the rice, stirring all. In the meantime we have already heated the oil to fry our pancakes. Pour a tablespoon at a time in the oil and fry until golden. Serve warm at the table and as always ENJOY!

Dear Friends I am very happy because I finally managed to prepare my maritozzi!! BARI here to make them so soft and fluffy that I can not ever resist such goodness! I tried this recipe everywhere to no avail. As you know our dear Lalu Ricotta and Honey, this week has prepared such wonderful braids of sweet soft cake and roses. And then I said ...... but it will be the right one for my maritozzi?? I started to work. I can assure you that this recipe is excellent, only that my maritozzi have 3 hours to rise. With this mix I made of small snails also very happy to stuff with a little 'nutella ......... non'è was a small crumb, but not until the next day I had to do it again!! !

This is the time to begin to come to the market the slipper lobster, I have found them today and I immediately thought to prepare them for all of you. Usually I make a nice sauce for spaghetti ... but today I make a recipe very easy and above all fast. A tip, always buy them alive, they are the best! I dedicate this recipe to my two dear witches MARY AND LETY who appreciate my kitchen! A Kiss.

Ingredients:
slipper lobster (fresh, live)

parsley garlic olive

white wine to taste Lemon


Preparation: Wash
